Lucelle Raad, born in Britain, studied painting in South Africa under Dorothy Shaw. After moving to the U.S., she settled in Florida. Her art focuses on children, capturing their innocent gestures and daily experiences. Known for vibrant, impressionistic colors and unique compositions, she has exhibited widely and won numerous awards.
