We ship domestic/international packages via UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL & USPS. All artwork is shipped fully insured & tracking information will be email to you.

All items are fully insured. However if an item is damaged during shipping, we require you to complete a claim form with the carrier and fax or email it to us. Once you have completed the claim form we will either replace your artwork if another is available or issue you a 100% refund.

No returns after 15 days. Items returned within the 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee or 100% store credit. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. No returns on frames, special orders or commissions.

All items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and COAs are issued from CJR Fine Arts, which is widely recognized. We are authorized to produce Certificates of Authenticity under the umbrella of all the vendors and publishers which we purchase the artwork from. There is a 100% money back return policy if any item is proven not to be authentic.

We are committed to your privacy. We do not sell our client list to anyone for any purpose. Your personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email addresses are used only internal for data tracking and to improve what we can offer you. We do from time to time send out an email offer to our client base only. You can opt out of our emails at any time.

We cannot be held accountable or forced to honor pricing mistakes or typos on our website. Although we strive to be 100% accurate on our site there may be a time when there is an error.
