Yulia Dvioris was born in 1958 in Russia, in the city of Roslavl’. She studied in the university of Art and Graphics in Magnitogorsk.

She worked as a book illustrator and a theatre set designer and taught painting for retirees and elderly people.

Yulia immigrated to Israel in 2014.

In Israel she turned to her true love for humorous paintings which bring up smiles. Her artworks get great responses all over the world.
